We opened Aurora in 2007 with one rule: nobody should dread a dental visit. That means honest treatment plans with the price agreed up front, noise-cancelling headphones and weighted blankets in every room, and clinicians who show you what they see on the screen before they pick anything up.
Our ceramic lab sits behind the treatment rooms, so most crowns, inlays and night guards are designed, milled and fitted in a single appointment — no temporaries, no second trip across town.

Referrals across town are the exception at Aurora, not the rule. Implants, orthodontics and paediatrics all happen here, with your notes and scans shared between the team.

We are in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian and United Concordia, and we file claims directly for every other PPO plan. Bring your card to the first visit and our treatment coordinator will verify your remaining benefits before you sit down.
Most adult cases land between $3,600 and $5,900 depending on how much movement is needed, and that figure covers every aligner, all refinements, remote monitoring and your first set of retainers. Dr. Raghavan gives you the exact number at the free scan consultation.
Tell us when you book and we will schedule a longer, quieter appointment. Options run from noise-cancelling headphones and a weighted blanket, through nitrous oxide, to full IV sedation supervised by a board-certified anaesthetist. Plenty of patients start with a chat where nothing happens in the chair at all.
We hold emergency slots open every weekday and most Saturday mornings. Call (512) 555-0184 before 10am and we will almost always see you the same day. Outside opening hours the same number reaches Dr. Reyes on the on-call line.
